I will arrive to the School District Office 15 minutes before the meeting to check in with the Secretary Treasurer and technical support staff.

I understand that as a presenter, both I and the materials I present may be livestreamed and recorded. Should I prefer not to appear on camera, I will coordinate with the Secretary Treasurer to explore alternative arrangements.

I am also asserting that the presentation is in compliance with the Federal Copyright Act, and grant the school district license to publish these materials. Personal information collected through delegation requests is protected in accordance with the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act, and will only be used by authorized staff for contact purposes.
