E-Reg is for the following student registrations:

  • Kindergarten
  • Current student wishing to change schools
    • Does not apply to students who are transitioning within district to their catchment middle or secondary school.

  • New to school district

E-Registration for 2020/21 will open October 1st

  • A system generated confirmation email will be sent to you when your registration is received.
  • Parents and guardians of in-catchment students can anticipate placement in their catchment school for Grades K-12.
  • Grade K-8 - Principals will connect with any registrations received for out of catchment students between May and September, based on available space.
  • Grade 9-12 - Principals will connect with any in catchment registrations received prior to May 1st.  Any in catchment applications received after May 1st will be addressed before the upcoming school year. 
    • Principals will connect with any out of catchment registrations received before March 1st.  Any out of catchment applications received after March 1st will be addressed before the upcoming school year.

Please view the complete list of acceptable documents (FAQ's) before proceeding.

Administrative Regulation 531.1: School Admission and Choice

Excerpt from AR 531.1

If space and facilities are determined to be available, enrolment in educational programs in the school will be offered in the following priority order, provided that application deadlines and requirements are met:

Category A

  • continuing student who attended the school or feeder school during the previous year.

Category B

  1. catchment area student wait-listed before March 1 from previous years.
  2. other catchment area student
  3. new non-catchment area student who is a sibling of a continuing non-catchment area student

Category C

  • non-catchment area child

Category D

  • non-school district child

Education Centre Renaming Opportunity

The Chilliwack Board of Education invites staff, students and the community of Chilliwack help us rename the Chilliwack Education Centre.

The Education Centre is unique school, and while the name Education Centre describes its function, we seek a new name that will promote a strong sense of belonging and pride for students and staff.

AD Rundle Middle School Integrated Arts and Technology Cohort (grade 6 - 8)

School Bus Safety Tips

For Drivers

  • The large AMBER alternating flashing lights warn motorists that the school bus is about to stop to either load or unload students; slow and stop if it is safe to do so.
  • The large RED alternating flashing lights warn motorists to STOP as the school bus is either loading or unloading students.
  • Drivers must STOP in either direction whenever you see flashing RED lights on a school bus.
  • After stopping for a school bus, don't start moving again until the bus moves on or the driver signals that it's safe by turning off the lights and pulling
