Fraser Health School Health Survey

Fraser Health is revamping their existing School Health web site and resources for teachers, parents and school administrators in relation to health issues pertaining to children in Grades K-7. Fraser Health is inviting all school stakeholders including teachers, administrators, staff, PAC representatives and parents to be part of this process by completing a public School Health Survey. The survey is confidential and for research purposes only. This quick, online survey is open until March 31, 2017.
